EMPOWERED GIRLS
The Empowered Girls program is an in-person, peer-supported experience designed to help young girls develop self-worth, self-awareness, social confidence, emotional regulation, healthy character, and mental well-being. The program takes a personalized approach, walking alongside both the girls and their families to provide one-on-one support tailored to each individual's needs. Through five stages of group formation, the program helps girls build essential skills such as self-esteem, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, trust, and empathy. It blends both theoretical and practical learning, with weekly journal activities to encourage continued growth. In addition to supporting the girls, the program also offers parallel support for parents. We provide strategies to reinforce learning at home, fostering greater independence. Parents will have access to valuable resources and our "Raising Teens" parent session to further guide their child's development.
