Most support providers require a minimum of 2–3 hours per visit. Authentic Care's minimum is just one hour. That means you get exactly the support you need, when you need it, without burning through your plan on empty time.

We're able to offer a 1-hour minimum because our support workers are salaried employees not contractors. We carefully roster our team so they move efficiently between participants, which means we can keep your visit short without making it unviable for us. Your budget stretches further. Your support is still consistent. Our staff know the set roster and are able to build rapport with our clients.

Salaried Staff. Consistent Care. No Surprises.
Unlike many providers who use contractors or agency workers, Authentic Care employs
salaried support workers. That means:
- You get the same worker each time not a different face every visit
- Our workers are invested in your care because it's their career, not a side job
-We can roster efficiently enough to offer 1-hour minimums something most providers simply can't do with contractor models
-Your worker knows your routines, preferences and needs without you having to explain them every time
-You will have a trained back up staff member so if someone is sick (which unfortunately happens) or they go on their annual vacation (everyone needs a break and they are salaried staff) there is the same level of care and knowledge there for you.
Qualifications
Every Authentic Care worker meets the following standards before they work with any
participant:
- Enrolled Nurse (EN) trained, OR Certificate III in Disability Support or Aged Care
-Current CPR and First Aid certification
-NDIS Yellow Card — NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
-NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
-Blue Card (Working with Children Check) where applicable
-Our Company onboarding and ongoing monthly training.
Monthly Ongoing Training
Every Authentic Care worker participates in monthly training to keep their skills current and continue growing as support professionals. Your care is only ever as good as the people providing it so we invest in ours, every single month.
